Mandalorians are apparently notorious for not being Force sensitive.
Sabine and Pre use(d) the Darksaber as an ancient heirloom weapon of clan Vizsla and symbol of leadership (because there is only the one Darksaber.) Pre Vizsla, Sabine Wren and Tar Vizsla if they ever reveal his design.) Even out of those three, only Tar was a Force wielder and an actual trained Jedi. The only exception to this is canon characters who possess(ed) the Darksaber (i.e. Our policy of no working lightsabers still stands.
